Kristin Pados is a trailblazing digital strategist, known for making digital transformation accessible to even the most traditional of businesses. With over two decades of experience leading innovative initiatives at some of the world’s most renowned companies, including Tripadvisor, Apple, and The New York Times, Kristin has honed the rare ability to blend strategic vision with tactical know-how, and entrepreneurial savvy with grounded business discipline.
Kristin started in the digital sector during the dot-com boom and has since worked with a wide range of companies to leverage digital technology to drive and transform their business – from seed stage start-ups to global public companies and everything in between, both digital-first and traditional, across more than 20 industries. Her corporate career spans leadership roles in product, marketing, and general management.
To date, Kristin has worked with over 50 companies and investors. At Tripadvisor, she was an early employee and one of its first product managers, becoming its first Product Lead for Hotels. She played a pivotal role in the company's first major growth period, spearheading revenue optimization initiatives worth over $50MM. After Tripadvisor, Kristin joined artificial intelligence pioneer Nara Logics, as SVP Consumer to lead product and marketing.

She has an unmatched perspective on digital technology that enables her to spot key opportunities for improving and maximizing digital assets and capabilities that others may miss, leading to improved customer experiences and accelerated business growth.
Kristin is an Operational Advisory Board Member at Dubin Clark & Company, a middle market private equity firm, where she advises on digital strategy. She earned a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she was a Keller Scholar. Kristin has continued to further her knowledge with executive education coursework at MIT Sloan and Northwestern Kellogg in Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy, Digital Business Strategy, Organizational Design for Digital Transformation, and Digital Operations Management.
Outside of her work, Kristin enjoys running and has completed six marathons, including the 2023 Marine Corps Marathon, the 2018 and 2019 Boston Marathon as a member of the Miles for Miracles team fundraising for Boston Children’s Hospital, and the 2016 NYC Marathon and 2017 Chicago Marathon as a member of Fred’s Team, fundraising for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She has her sights set on running her seventh in the not too distant future.
